I've read this book probably a dozen times since it's publication in 1987. I've turned to it again and again and it has never been wrong.

Excess Baggage: Getting Out of Your Own Way von Judith Sills

This is a hard book to write a review on because in several of the chapters describing various pathologies of baggage that people carry, I kept seeing myself in the undesirable roles.

Getting Naked Again: Dating, Romance, Sex, and Love… von Judith Sills

I think that this book is best suited for women in the specific situation of having to date after years of being coupled. I just never got into the book.
