A book about the life of scientist Stephen Hawking. Very early on in his life he was diagnosed with ALS, or Lou Gehrigs Disease and told he would probably not live long. Although he did not overcome the disease, he has lived on and enlightened the world with his mind and humor. He understands the universe like few can and the world is learning much from him as a scientist and a person battling a terrible disease.
