Skylar Draeger is the baby of the family and only girl. Needless to say she has been doted on and protected. She has quite a temper when pushed too far.

Skyler and Adrian have known each other for years. Adrian is friends with Skyler’s two older brothers, Dedrick and Stefen. Skyler has had a crush on Adrian for as long as she can remember but the dream of becoming his mate was shattered when she caught him with her friend at her brother’s wedding. Adrian had been going through the heat that males of his kind have on the full moon and needed relief. He grabbed the nearest woman but when he is caught by his best friend’s little sister he knows that he has made a mistake because she is the mate he has been waiting for that will make him feel whole. Adrian goes to her brother and makes a claim on her. To make things easier on her he leaves so she can get used to the idea. What he finds when he gets back is one pissed off shifter female that has no intention of making things easy on him.

Claiming Skyler by Jaden Sinclair was hilarious, sexy and emotional all at the same time. Claiming Skyler is book two in her Shifter series and so far my favorite. Adrian has such a great sense of humor that comes across the pages and I caught myself giggling quite a bit with his antics of trying to woo Skyler. Skyler is very hard headed which made Adrian work even harder to make her see what he truly felt. Great chemistry between Skyler and Adrian and I can’t wait to see more of them in the upcoming books in this series.
