This book was written to show how adventuerous being a chaplain can be. There is nothing wrong with that, some of the stories are filled with action, even take part in historical events some may or may not been covered in the news. The book works hard to balance the various duties of being a chaplain without scaring kids, especially males from going into the field. Some stories are told better then others but the over all collection is worth the read.
