Now I like New Age books, I have a huge collection. This was not worth it. First, some of the information like what food goes with chakras is contradicted by many other books. The author also admits to mental disorders (lithium is bipolar 1 which has signs of grandiose self importance), which likely is making her believe these things. Also I don’t know who taught her medicine as you should not be seeing your own bones that means you are underweight not inflamed from gluten!
