Wayne Stinnett

The plots have been a bit thinner lately, but this book was an absolute waste of my reading time. It was a lot about nothing. I skimmed the last half of the book. I still like the locale and the characters, but Rising Charity was a huge disappointment. I hope Wayne gets back on track with Rising Water. I was really hoping that I would not have to search for another author and book series for at least the next month. I am cautiously optimistic, but I should really say I am wishingly hopeful, but not very confident. This book was a real "stinker". I gave it a two star rating based on having read the prvious 13 books in the series. If this had been my first Stinnet novel, I would have evaluated the book as zero stars, as in not your worth your time.… (mehr)
