This book was a primo find for me. Although the concepts of “Sleep-Learning” are not new to me (and this book is old – fifteen cent for aspirin!) Ben did a splendid job of relating the real-life stories of people who overcame adversities by adopting a “Positive Mindset.” More over, directing the sleeping, subconscious to do the transformative work, by supplanting positive self-imagery to obliterate negative thought patterns, there-by eradicating poor thinking habits to obtain a fuller, richer life...SMILE!!!… (mehr)
