Nicolae Teodorescu

Given to my grandfather by the ship's captain when my grandparents were on their freighter trip. Don't know what my grandfather did that made the captain think he could use this. Mabe it was what he didn't do (like Peter Sellers' character in Being There.)
Now I know how to say "septenary system of notation" or "spectrum-luminosity relation" in five languages. Things I wouldn't even be found saying in Engish...
