He preached in Quincy, and in 1859—64 Salem, Massachusetts, and in 1862—63 was chaplain of the 40th Massachusetts Volunteers . He was professor of sacred literature in Andover Seminary in 1864—82, and in 1884 succeeded Ezra Abbot as Bussey professor of New Testament
criticism in the Harvard Divinity School .

Great resource for any bible student. If you are unfimiliar with Greek, it is linked to Strong's numbers. If you are familiar with Greek, this provides more thourough definitions that more exhaustive lexicons but not as much as your larger dictionaries such as Kittels.
