The "Postcard" part of the title attracted me. I thought it may have historic significance. It is an artistic focus.

I do not usually like romance, but the female protagonist; Caitlin is brave and strong. Caitlin describes herself as full figured and curvy. She wonders if she will finally find that old-fashioned love she has saved herself for. She makes some significant moves; from rural Clovis to Southern California. Caitlin jumps into a high stress position.

It is difficult to find fiction that is unique, and it is an enjoyment to read. The writing was good, and Caitlin's friends and co-workers were well developed. (Play sexy ditty right here.)

There were only a couple of question marks that have popped into my head since finishing this book. It could be me, I will go back and reread the beginning to see if I missed something.

Now that the Fierce competition is over how will Jordie deal with PING and all their rumors and stories they concoct. Eddie is forever a thorn in our sides as we follow this journey. Jordie has found love but unable to move forward because of Eddie. She has made life long friends and a family found through these friends. I couldn't stop reading this book which is a continuation of Fierce. Each chapter we went deeper and deeper into Jordie's mind and the struggles she faced. I read this in two days thanks to late nights and lunch time and breaks.

This is an emotional roller coaster. You will laugh, cry and even get so angry you want to throw your tablet across the room. Jordie is so lost in her own hear she is missing out on so much. It will take a lot for her to move forward and with the help of her friends she 05/ actually do it.

I was lucky enough to get the books back when Ginger offered all 3 for free. For weeks I contemplated reading them. I found myself finding excuses why I wanted to read a book about a full figure girl who had no confidence to go for her dreams. I broke down and started reading this book during a road trip with my husband.

I had a hard time forcing myself to read through the first couple of chapters. I guess I felt like this was a pity party at first. Once Jordie made it to the Fierce show I found myself drawn in. You can't help but fall in love with the bigger than life girl who has a voice who no one can compare to. This reality show is nothing like the ones we see the cast members are truly friends and care about each other.

When Jordie's Mom and Eddie come back into the picture you see why Jordie is the way she is. By the end of the book you just want to scream at the way these 2 people treat her. Will they be her destruction in the end. Can Jordie overcome all adversity to win this contest? The more you read the more your dying to know what happens. This is one of the few books I have read that I can actually relate to. I used to be skinny girl with an eating disorder and as I have gotten old I became a bigger girl. I can relate to the feelings Jordie is feeling.

All I am going to say is WOW. This was the best of the 3 books. Jordie is coming to her own. The question still is can she stop listening to PING and the voices in her head to keep going. For over 2 years Jordie has been the blunt of PING's ongoing relentless abuse of her size, the way she lives her life and each time they knock her backwards. She is just any other American girl who worries what others think about her. Will she find out who she is? Will she finally be able to get out of her head to Marry the man of her dreams? Only time will tell. I promise you that you will cry several times in the book.… (mehr)
