Kathryn Watterson's Not by the Sword is more than an inspiring true story of how a Jewish family's love changed the life of a hardened and bitter Klansman. It is also a powerful reminder that love and forgiveness can truly conquer hate, and that there is good in everyone -- even a Klansman.
I can't believe more people haven't read this book; doesn't anyone care? I write to a few men in prison, and didn't think about women and I consider myself a femininst!
