Carl Llewellyn Weschcke was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on September 10, 1930. He was the owner and chairman of Llewellyn Worldwide, the world's oldest and largest metaphysical publisher. During the 1960s and 1970s, he was a Wiccan high priest and played a leading role in the rise of Wicca and mehr anzeigen paganism. He co-authored 10 books with Dr. Joe Slate. This booklet is full of misinformation concerning Llewellyn George, Lewis H. Weston, and the Portland School of Astrology founded in 1900 by Ida Hulery Fletcher. The value of the book is in the identification of the people involved with early astrological movement in the United States. Otherwise, it is largely fictitious.
