This was one of the first books on Magic and Celtic Shamanism I ever bought. I still think it's one of the best beginner books avaialble and consistently recommend it.
There's some pretty cool stuff in this book, but I was really hoping it would be more of a chronicle of the Druid religion and beliefs. While there was a lot of history in here there was also a lot of cheesey crap. Imagine yourself riding a horse up a rainbow. I mean, give me a break.
Still, there were some pretty neat thoughts in here, a cool read but I wouldn't take it too seriously.
