The Perfect Present von Rochelle Alers
Rochelle Alers, Cheris Hodges and Pamela Yaye together in one book. Three separate stories, written by three of the hottest names in AA Romance? Yes please and thank you! Team this up with the theme of love at the holidays, and you indeed have The Perfect Present. I loved all three stories, and would recommend this book to anyone looking for holiday themed romances, or just romance with just a bit of spice and suspense, with a dash of drama. Looking forward to seeing more from these authors!

If you are looking for a book with multicultural romance novellas with a Christmas theme then this book just might be for you. Three short stories with happy endings for all of the characters all wrapped up with a Christmas bow.
A Christmas Layover by Rochelle Alers:
Two strangers meet on a plane and get stuck in Chicago. Sierra invites Captain Noah Crawford to her parents’ house to stay till he can fly to his destination and the two are thought to be a couple…play the part well…and admit feelings for one another before he flies away.
The Christmas Lesson by Cheris Hodges
High school friends that were almost more are given a chance to see if they can find love when Kayla returns home for the holidays. There is a bit of a financial problem at the school DeShawn is principal of that Kayla uses her skills to help out with.
Christmas with You by Pamela Yaye
Marc sees Maya and is stunned. There is a one night hookup that eventually becomes more even with a big brother trying to put a spanner in the works.

Escape to Paradise by Pamela Yaye

Claudia has been divorced for two weeks when her ex-husband was arrested for stealing investers money. She has the media calling and camping out in front of her house for interviews, police wanting to interagate her and people threating her so she jumped out her window, cut her hair short and died it black. Her sister sent her to her time share down in Cabo.
Santiago is waiting in first class lounge for the airport in Washington DC to open and to be able to fly home to Cabo. When a beautiful sad lady came into the lounge to wait for her plane. Many guys came over to hit on her and she sent them away.
he bought her over lunch and just wanted to cheer her up. So she did eat and drink a little.
Finally she gets to Cabo and her credit card is denied and her bank account has been frozen. She is in pain and so tired when they say without credit card they cant register her. Claudia asks to see manager and talk her way for the night.
Santiago is visiting his mother when the desk clerk comes in the office for the manager and when he hears Claudia's name goes out and takes care of it for her. Setting her up for free in room near his and tells her he is the manager.
Claudia goes out early to hike by herself and she hears Ana cry out. Ana hurt her ankle and they get along so well they have lunch. Claudia mentions the cute manager that has helped her last night to Ana. Ana figures out soon that it is her son who she wants to see married so plays along. Ana and Claudia become good friends even with Ana leaving town for awhile.
Santiago hires Claudia to manage a big event for them when he fires the planner they have now.
Santiago and Claudia both are hiding things from each other. Their are some sexy scenes, some laughter. I enjoyed the book very much. I was given the ebook to read in exchange of honest review.

As undergraduates at Hollington College, Kyra and Terrance were very much in love and engaged to be married. Once Terrance was drafted into the NFL he left Kyra behind and broke off their engagement via email. Time passed as Terrance played in the NFL for 10 years and Kyra began a career in Public Relations at their alma mater.
Their paths cross again when Kyra is assigned the task to help find a new head football coach at Hollington. Terrance is at the top of the search committee's list and it is now Kyra's job to convince him to return to Hollington. Kyra has mixed emotions over spending so much time with the man that broke her heart, humiliated her, and left her untrusting of men in general. Terrance also has mixed emotions about returning to Hollington and facing Kyra.
Terrance has realized over the past 10 years that Kyra is still the woman for him. He had many nights as a professional athlete partying with different women, but his heart is still attached to only one. He is determined to win Kyra back no matter how hard she fights and rejects him.
With "Passion Overtime," Yaye has written a beautiful story about love and forgiveness. It is a relatable story because at the core it is about being able to rebuild trust. I would recommend this book if you have a few hours to spare as it is a quick read.
