I wrote my book to help sufferers of burnout get relief. The book is well-researched, includes processes, highlights personal stories, and brings in humor to lighten the moment. Since the pandemic, burnout has increased and will continue to with more people working from home (WFH). As a consequence, burnout is disrupting relationships, parenting, and family life, in general.
Some people are better able to cope in stressful situations, while others aren't. The good news is that anyone can learn and apply strategies to overcome burnout. The trick is to put the processes into practice, again and again. My book is written with this in mind. Enjoy!
