Über meine Bibliothek

My intent is to catalog my Reference books (for books), my major collections, and some unusual items. I doubt if I will ever get a large part of my collection listed.

My listings for Robert Lawson's work are complete in First Editions (most in jacket if one was issued) as listed in most Bibliographies. I also have some titles listed that are not found in Lawson Bibliographies, and I suspect there may be several other titles that are not recorded. I am still researching his work in books and magazines. For other Lawson collectors, I have added detail notes on the First Edition points in at least most of the listed books. I also have some variant art dust jackets shown, that were done during the artists lifetime. I am trying to trace when this artwork first appeared on jackets. I have not made an attempt to collect Lawson material reprinted in various anthologies and sets for children. A few items of that type have found their way into my collection. I also have made little attempt to collect either the British editions or other foreign editions, although I do have a few. My main interest was in collecting Lawson's work in First Editions or Limited Editions in Dust Jacket or Box, where one was issued.
