Mainly filled with books on animals (fiction and non-fiction), dogs, animal behavior and training, fantasy and science fiction. I read a little bit of everything, though; just about anything I can get my hands on! I have a small but growing collection of books on writing, as well, as an aspiring author of...well, probably one of the above; right now fantasy stories are the main things I've been working on.

I'm a twentysomething former student at Colorado State U, education currently on hold due to some unforeseen medical problems. I'm hoping to return to school soon to continue my pursuit of a veterinary medicine degree (concentration: small and exotic animals), after which I plan to specialize in animal behavior. My current menagerie has been sadly reduced to one dog and a cat. The dog is a purebred rescued Chinook named Mang O'Dei's Outlaw Jack, or more commonly "Jack," "Jackaroo," "Boogly Eyes," "Fuzzbutt," etc. The cat is a twelve-year-old (mostly?-)Siamese I adopted last year from Boulder Humane, a loudly opinionated lynx-point. I also live with my parents' Great Dane at the moment, a black gargoyle-eared monstrosity named Mystic who came from Rocky Mountain Great Dane Rescue (and only just now does it occur to me that all of these are the first purebreds we've owned, lol); until recently I had a passel of various much-adored rodents as well. Mosquitoes are about the only animal I *don't* like ; 0-) I RP at the Wild Wolf Society, and occasionally on World of Warcraft, RF Online, and a few other MMORPGs; IRL I'm a member of the SCA, recovering military brat, longtime volunteer at various animal sanctuaries and shelters, proud Libertarian, recent agnostic convert to Unitarian Universalism, and former band geek, actress, and homeschooler. I doodle crazy cartoon animals and take gleeful delight in frightening the timid of heart with my collection of 80s My Little Ponies and Disney mania; I know the words to far too many songs from animation and musicals, am incurably addicted to desserts, tea, and books, and love to discuss and debate as well as read just about anything. And perhaps I should have warned you that I talk far, far too much...
