Über meine Bibliothek
AS you shall see, as I try and find more time to update this file, I have quite ecclectic tastes (though you will notice quite an obvious genre preference). I love my library and have quite a geeky relationship with it. I love the bowed shelves of my bookcases, the feel of various tomes as i brush their spines, the smell of the paper...
I can never own enough books and I am easily excited by the very notion of going to a charity shop, car boot fair or shopping trip where I know there is a book shop along the way. All I need to do now is convince my wife we don't need furniture such as the sofa or the children's beds and i should have enough room to move the library out of the gararge and in to the house.
Über mich
I am an avid reader with a taste for almost anything (though I prefer fantasy fiction, mythology, history and poetry). In my spare time I write poetry (have had poems published in various anthologies) and am currently working on my own fantasy world. I live with my wife and children in the Midlands (UK) and work as a chef and teacher in a prison. I'm friendly, good humoured (love telling jokes) and I love biscuits.
