Über meine Bibliothek

My library is not going to include:
1. Manga. Because, frankly, I'd feel stupid putting every single volume on the list. Instead, for every volume I've read completely, I am going to include the first volume in my list and rate it represantatively for the whole series. I am aware that this is going to cause problems (since every volume might as well stand on its own and I wouldn't do it with other things), but fuck it.
2. Things I've read as a child. Such as Harry Potter, Karl May or else.
3. Books I've started but did not finish yet. Either I'm still reading it and going to review later or haven't finished on purpose (Sartre, Schopenhauer) or frustration (Nietzsche, The Tin Drum by Grass) and I don't feel i should put them in here.
4. Books I've read in school but didn't make an impact on me. Such as: Ovids Metamorphoses, Ciceros Philippicae or else. I will, however, include books I had to read for school that made an impact, good or bad.
5. Any kind of non-fiction books, e.g. the things I have to read for a paper for university. That'd be stupid.

I feel the need to explain my rating system, because a lot of users on forums like this give most of their stuff 5/5 and 4/5 already means disappointment to them. I think that's pretty much bullshit and so I'm going to explain, what my ratings mean:

0.5 star: Category: Hatred. Usually a gonzo review (go look up Gonzo Journalism). I've hated this book and am never going to read it again, because I think it's utter bullshit.
1 star: Category: Big waste of time. In my humble opinion, you do not have to read this at all. If you feel like you should, feel free (I felt like it too, I guess), but in my opinion it's just a waste of time and stupid bullshit.
1.5 stars: Category: What a disappointment. Reading things in this category might in someway be useful, but I didn't like it at all.
2 stars: Category: This is sad. This might have become a book I could really have liked, but in the end it didn't. There's plenty of reasons for it, so I'm not going to name one. The book is no waste of time, but just a disappointment.
2.5 stars: Category: Not bad. This is average and average should be average. This is not bad, but not great either. Often a good book which I think has a lot of flaws or it just didn't make a real impression on me at all. Note: 2.5 does not at all mean it's bad, but from here on everything is worth a read.
3 stars: Good shit. Now we're coming to the good stuff. The things here impressed me and I really liked them. Feel free to read any of this.
3.5 stars: Category: Great shit. This did a huge impression and me and I think it should be read.
4 stars: Category: Fantastic. Books here are just fantastic and you should seriously consider reading it if you haven't yet. Usually they made a huge impression on me.
4.5 stars: Category: One of the best. I'm running out of superlatives and there's still the best shit. Any book here: read it. now. all at once. I love them.
5 stars: Category: Oh my god this shit is mindblowing. You haven't read these yet? Kretin. No, seriously, go and read them, they should be top priority in my opinion.
