- I remember being so excited about starting the first grade because I would finally learn to read. I can still recall the stories from my first grade readers and the first book I ever read: Little Black Sambo.
I live in a small town in Alabama with my husband and our dog Sophie. Both my husband and I love to read, and we have more books in our house than we have places to store them.
I read mostly fiction, but I like any book that is really good and has something to say. - Ort
