Taberez Ahmed Neyazi is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Culture, Media & Governance at Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. He has been a Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Postdoctoral Fellow at Kyoto University and a Visiting Fellow at the East-West Center in Hawaii and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He was also a German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) fellow at Erfurt University. His research focuses on Political Communication, Digital Media, Globalization and Governance, and Political Islam in India and South Asia. He has contributed to several edited volumes and his articles have appeared in Media, Culture and Society, Asian Journal of Political Science, Economic and Political Weekly among others.
