It's about the great depression in california where the mexican people had to sleep in camps and work for food. NCO (1), fantasy. fantastic book. would recomend to anyone. great first book in the series. AMB (1), ghost stories. i normally detest ghost stories because they give me the creeps (1), but this book doesn't give you the creeps; rather it keeps you wanting more. definitely recomend to anyone who loves a good book.AMB (1), classics. at first you may not like it but after the first few chapters you get into it and don't want to put the book (or nook (1), ect. in my case) down. great first book (1), can't wait to read the other books in this series. ( second to last ! ) NCO (1), but he's a famous rap star and D Foster thinks he seems to sing her whole story (1), so that's why she feels like she knows him almost. My mother made me read this (1), sad kids books like Sounder and Where the Red Fern Grows. this is a funny book about a kid who always tells the truth. he's a football player who finds himself in a play of a book. He HAS TO rewrite it because it's just so boring. he adds rock and roll (1), This one was not as good as I thought it was going to be. It jumped forward too much.
