Über meine Bibliothek
I pick up most of my books from charity shops, and every now and then treat myself to a package of shiny ones. I'm a sucker for anything set in a near or post apocalyptic future, but I also love Thomas Hardy, and have started dipping into a bit of Dickens. After years of being put off sci-fi by the 'lizard creatures of the planet Qyrguz' tosh my Dad read, I have started enjoying some of the classic stuff.
Über mich
I have lost a lot of books over the years, a whole load when I was 18 in a house fire, and several others lent out to unremembered friends... I therefore tend to be a bit precious about my books, I like owning them, which flies against my left wing nature somewhat. I wish I had more time to read, but have to sleep, go to work, and sometimes speak to real people instead. I would quite happily live in dreams.
