I have a great collection of Sherlock Holmes books. Since I've read all the original stories, I am now collecting those by current authors. Mysteries make up a large portion of my library.
One of my first hardcover purchases was "The World According to Garp." Since then, I knew that I wanted to read everything by John Irving. He is my favorite author; I have all of his books in hardcover. It took me years of searching used book stores in order for me to complete my colleciton.

I'm trying to complete a 2008 title challenge - one title for each letter of the alphabet. I am using this site to help me keep track of my progress.
