Über meine Bibliothek: Pretty much evenly divided by literary fiction and the classics. There's a little bit of chick-lit, I won't deny :)
Über mich: Live in Texas. Serious reader, though I get into phases where I can't seem to concentrate on anything and consequently don't read for a month or two. I have a litter of half read books that would put an A.D.D. child to shame. My favorite writers are Fitzgerald, Maugham, Maupassant, Bellow, Bronte, Dickens, and Eco (those are the ones coming to mind right now, anyhow) and my favorite poets are Kunitz, Plath, Sexton, Millay, Frost, Rich, and S. Crane. I can't stop re-reading Tennessee Williams. I also like O'Neill, Ibsen, and Miller. Things I read over and over and over again: Stanley Kunitz: Collected Poems Sylvia Plath: whatever I can get my hands on Sexton: Transformations Mitchell: Gone with the Wind Eco: Foucault's Pendulum Fitzgerald: The Crack-Up and The Price was High Neruda: The Yellow Heart Also, mother. Perpetual student. Liberal. Feminazi. Button pusher extraordinaire.
