I will take the next few months to add my books (the ones I have read) to my library. Bear with me :-)

I have a wide ranging taste in books, from reference to science fiction, from crime to cookery, and I read some books over and over. I never go anywhere without a book, and latterly I have begun to use a Kindle, which makes it physically possible for me to choose whether to read a chapter of a book about quantum physics, a new crime story, or re-read (for the tenth time) Anne of Green Gables. My other main interest is in computers, hence joining LibraryThing. I have several thousand books for the Kindle, and several thousand "old-fashioned paper" books, and being 65 years old I doubt whether I will ever read them, but I continue to try. Adding my books to a catalogue will take ages, but I am looking forward to doing it.
