Über meine Bibliothek
My library is actually books I've read, not necessarily books I own. I read mainly murder mysteries (and have since third grade) with some romances. My favorite mystery sub-genre is British police procedurals; Reginald Hill is my favorite author of that type. I usually don't re-read books, but have read Pride and Prejudice innumerable times, with Little Women a close second.

I recently began rating the books I finish reading. I'm a much stricter grader than others on this site. For me three stars is a good book, four is outstanding, and five is reserved for those few books that I'll never forget, perhaps 50 in my lifetime if I'm lucky. I also rate a book based on what it is -- a romance novel that's really good might get 3.5 stars, when a mystery that's better written and more original might get only three because it wasn't quite as good as the author's usual.
