Über meine Bibliothek
My library is very eclectic. Its shelves contain lots of 19th and early 20th century chemistry and physics texts. There are also strong sections in the history and philosophy of science, scientific biography, quantum mechanics, relativity, neuroscience, theology, education, and books on books. I also have a small collection of books by Kenneth Grahame. Since a large proportion of my 600 or so books predate the use of ISBN numbers, most have yet to be entered into LT.
Über mich
I'm a high school chemistry teacher with 30+ years of experience. Aside from the predictable interest in chemistry and its history; I am very drawn toward those subjects that touch upon ontology. For me these include the philosophy of science, theology, humanism, and the study of brain function and consciousness. I'm also a fan of poetry, historical fiction, mystery novels, and books about books.
