Best Translation of Sundiata/Sunjata?

I accidentally picked up two copies of the Sundiata/Sunjata epic, not realizing that the story was the same. I only have room for so many books, so I'll probably ditch one copy.
Which is the best, most complete version of the two? One is the 1996 Longman African Writers translation, the other the 2006 Penguin Epics translation.
Edited for touchstones, which should go to the right editions.
