Local Printers / Publishers?

I was reading a local book-related newspaper today and it got me thinking to think about my local printers and publishers. I've seen members add printers to the Local page in the past, but there's no specific type for them - just "Other".

Would it be appropriate to have Printers and Publishers added as a venue type? I'd love to hear if anyone else has an opinion.

I feel like printers and publishers should only be added if they are open to the public (either through a store or through tours). Otherwise places like Manhattan will become a nightmare to navigate.

Interesting point! I hadn't considered how that might play out in places like Manhattan. And of course another danger is that it becomes an advertising tool. But that seems to be a danger for any venue added to this site.

The criteria of being open to the public in some way might be a good way to manage it.
