Understanding David Foster Wallace by Marshall Boswell and David Foster Wallace's Infinite Jest: A Reader's Guide by Stephen Burn, are both excellent, in-depth resources for getting the most possible out of Infinite Jest (and even D.T. Max's Every Love Story is a Ghost Story provides a unique view inside the novel as well) but none, good as they are, come close to matching the comprehensiveness and organization of Greg Carlisle's Elegant Complexity. I used it for my third read of the novel, and its value was immeasurable, and added a lot to my already intense awe of DFWs accomplishment.
I recommend checking out the newest member to the group, Heather Lindskold's, review of Elegant Complexity right here. Exceptional blog worth checking out too.
Also interested in hearing about any other aids that have been helpful.

Yeesh, I'd totally forgotten about this topic already. Let's go with yours, EF.
This was the glossary/annotations that I had stumbled upon:

No worries, dog. I've found that link very useful. In fact, I think it's one of the footnotes in the group description.
