This small book about giant murals was given to me by my late cousin. This book has special meaning for me beyond the fact that it has great examples of creative art on a very large scale.

Art books in general tend to have a small showing on LT, compared to, say, fiction and some (other) kinds of non-fiction. Here's my contribution to the Singlton Showcase Art Shelf.

Is this the same book? Same publisher but ten years difference.

Yes it is the same book! and I looked inside my book and it is 1977. so maybe I catalogued it late at night or some time when I wasn't being careful? I guess I will correct the book entry and it will no longer be a singleton!

I'm going to submit a calendar, not a book for this category: Georgia O'Keeffe 100 Flowers: 1990 ENGAGEMENT CALENDAR by Georgia O'Keeffe. It is beautiful, however, there are 53 copies of the book. So, this may not be proper. I don't know how many people count calendars in LT, but they do have ISBN numbers.

What about The D.L. Moody Diary and Date Book for the Lady (An original Victorian gift book)? It's a hardcover "calendar" for the year I bought it (can't think when right now--in the 80's, I think). I couldn't bring myself to write in it. It has lots of pithy sayings and household hints and Scriptures and drawings of Victorian fashions, etc. Every time I dust it I sit and peruse it.

Sounds wonderful! I never thought of calendars although I have kept some that I really liked. My favourite-a daybook on English Watercolours from the Victoria and Albert Museum. Hmm -maybe I'll enter it as it does have an ISBN.
