Noli Timere Messorem Sir Terry, travel the Universe in peace, on the back of a great turtle...

As there are plenty of Discworld books, I think it's no problem to fill a month with them! So many great novels, companions, short-stories, spin-offs, diaries, quiz books, science books, maps... even cookbooks!
So, anyone up for a "Discworld December"?

A sad day, and I am in, beginning with The Colour of Magic...

I probably should read at least one, because my first thought was "But it is March, not December". Clearly missing something...

Any suggestions which to pick? I'm leaning towards Good Omens since I'm already a Neil Gaiman fan and I think they co-wrote that.

Well, I am aiming for a Discworld December...

But recommend Good Omens very much! It's a great collaboration between these two! Coming to think of it, why haven't you read it already? Go read it! Now! ;)

>3 jfetting: I wouldn't start right at the beginning. Hogfather or Reaper Man are great places to start in Discworld. Or Guards! Guards! or Small Gods. I read really randomly when I first started reading them and it did me no harm.

I'm almost always re-reading/listening to a Discworld book anyway, but I'm in. I love a good Discworld binge.
