At least several of those are clearly by the same publisher, the displayed covers on that page are the same.

It looks like a typical academic publisher's series where a combination of old (some updated) and new works are put together to try to make more sales.
It is certainly being presented by Routledge as a series, but some of the books would not seem to fit the LT definition. Nero: The End of a Dynasty, for example.
