What are you going to be for Halloween?

I through we might hear of some fabulous costumes. Oh what fun! My husband and I went to a party last night and saw some great ones. I liked the bank ribber the best, He was dressed in black with a simple band over his eyes. Gilligan and MaryAnn were really cute too. There was one girl dressed as Anna Nicole Smith which was quite funny. also some martians looked great. Oooh, there was a reggae couple too. Anna Nicole Smith and the reggae couple were all extremely extroverted people which really helped make it that much more fun. My husband and I went for the basic, Dracula and his wife.

Not going to any parties this year, but sometimes the people in my office dress up for the day, so I'll have to think about this. I own several kimono and know how to put them on, but it's a lot of work and not terribly comfortable to wear for eight hours at a stretch. Maybe I'll go for the ape mask :-)

Does anyone else remember the old Doonesbury cartoons about Walden's costume parties? People would show up dressed as oil barrels during the OPEC crisis, for example. My favourite was always: "Hello, I'm a staggering deficit!"

LOL - loved the staggering deficit! in fact maybe I can find that costume for this year!
