Lord of the Rings films series looks a mess

Take a look at https://www.librarything.com/series/Lord%252Bof%252Bthe%252BRings%252Bfilms.

Now I know there were extended and unextended editions etc. But this looks a complete mess. Surely some of these could be combined or something?
What should be done do you think?

Yeah, they pretty much were a mess...

There already is a https://www.librarything.com/series/Peter+Jackson%27s+Lord+of+the+Rings series for the recent movies and of course the books
https://www.librarything.com/series/The+Lord+of+the+Rings which has a lot of Chinese/Japanese stuff that it seems to be should only be on that language's CK.
Not sure which language it is, or I would move it.

This looks like the sort of series that sometimes gets created when someone's doing a bunch of combining work. Maybe an abandoned or in-progress project.

For the movies, I've done all I can from my mobile phone. More work is needed, but I don't have access to a computer right now. If anyone else wants to jump in, that would be very welcome!
