Welcome! Nice list; I really want to read March, was contemplating buying the set, but $$, lol. I'm also interested in Bad feminist. You should share your thoughts on what you've finished. :)

Yes, don't hesitate to share your thoughts, even with a few words!

What did you think of The stranger? This is a book that really struck me. Actually I think I should read it again sometime...

Hi Monkey,
The March set was available at our library. It is gorgeous - you really should look to borrow it, at least
Sad to say I didn’t enjoy Bad Feminist all that much. Did love the pieces about competitive Scrabble, of all things.

Chlorine,
I thought the stranger was interesting even just on the surface... I’ve never studied philosophy so I have no idea what deeper meanings I’m supposed to find in it.

>5 Milda-TX: I would, they'd probably have it (they have a large GN section, even for English), but libraries here aren't free, you have to pay an annual fee, and since I have so very many books that need reading on my shelves, I decided to stop renewing several years ago. We do still have my husband's alumnus access for the uni library, different selection, no GNs, haha, but it works. ;) It's on my wishlist, though, John Lewis is amazing.

>5 Milda-TX: I haven't studied philosophy either but remember just being swept by The Stranger. So you don't need specific knowledge to appreciate it. Maybe this wasn't the right book for you.

This makes me more curious to read it again...
