Any ideas for Valentine's Day cocktails? Champagne is great, but I'm looking for something different to liven up this annual ritual.

Hey! Today's the day and no ideas yet. Time is running out. I may have to come up with something myself. But I still have to buy dinner, make cookies, and gussy myself up.
