I was looking more at the description, which is a copy paste from GoodReads

Then delete it. If it's copied from Goodreads it isn't a member description.

I checked the rest of that member's library and deleted a few others like it.

Turns out all the descriptions put in were from GoodReads and Amazon. All gone now.
