I hope all are doing well! Just wondering if/when the group read for Black Ice will start. I’m going to try to read book one so I can join in

>2 bluebird_: Hopefully we will know fairly soon. I'm beginning to be a bit worried and IM'd Andrew today. I know that he's had a terrible few weeks trying to get his school closed down with the virus there but it is very unusual for him to not at least check in. I hope everything is as okay as it can be where he is. Keep watching and if I hear anything I'll let you know right away.

Oh dear! I’ve have not been here the past few weeks and did not realize he has not been online. I hope all is ok.

Rumours of my demise are much exaggerated! Been a very difficult couple of weeks but everything good at the current time. A lot of stresses turning the school from a school into a care centre for the children of critical workers in the fight against Covid 19. As well as trying to set up remote learning for 400 children and find a way to keep the care open during the two weeks which are usually the Easter holidays.

>2 bluebird_: Because of Covid 19 and the above, we are behind in the Group Reads, and others have asked to promote book 3 in the David Baldacci series as left it on a cliff hanger.

Therefore this is the new proposed schedule

Friday 3rd April : The Devil Colony by James Rollins

Wednesday 15th April : Stone Cold by David Baldacci

Sunday 26th April : The Black Ice by Michael Connelly

Wow Andrew! Thanks for helping the care workers! We don’t have that here. Our hospital workers are fending for themselves to find family to help out. stay safe!

Not sure I’ll be able to join the group read in late April, but I’ll put it on my calendar.

They go screaming and running for their lives when I come anywhere near them, Don't know if I would have the same effect on seeds or not. Maybe I'll let him use the paint also and I'll just give instructions. He loves it when I do that:)
