If u r actively studying texts, what textual tradition or particular text r u working on currently?
most of my current focus is on taoism, but i have also been digging into some primary texts from the chan tradition. i just finished the no-gate gateway, am currently going thru the platform sutra, and i think i might wanna try more classic kuan collections like the blue cliff record.
i was also not a huge fan of David Hinton's wu men kuan translation, so i might want to try to see how Thomas Cleary did it. anyone have a favorite wu men kuan trans?
