OUR TRAVELS THUS FAR FOR JUNE
As of June 30th we have visited 81 states;64 other countries; and NO strange and unusual places. This gives us a grand total of 507 places visited. Let's see where July will take us.

Englandwas the most "Other County" visited with 25 visits and New York & California were the most visited U.S. states with 7 visits each. Minnesota was in 2nd place with 5 visits. Washington D.C saw 9 visits...but it's not a state but didn't want to be left out:) Various countries in Africa were visited by 5 people giving Africa the 2nd place. Yes... I do know that it's a continent.

I've been in New York twice. First in a memoir with a woman remembering her childhood and love of baseball in Wait Til Next Year by Doris Kearns Goodwin. Next with a woman whose husband was murdered in their home in The Better Sister by Alafair Burke.
