PVA glue to fix this slipcase?

I'm hunting the slipcase for my HP NY Frankenstein. Not easy to find. I did find this one but it's pretty beat up. If I was very careful, do you think PVA glue would be enough to close the open part of the case and also lay some of the torn purple paper back in place?

Yes. Suggest you use Jade 403 from TALAS.

>1 RickFlair: I've done this type of repair many times, always using Jade 403 from Talas, and it works fine. It's a strong glue. You can use any non-acidic PVA glue. Note, Elmer's glue is a PVA but it is acidic so it should be avoided when fixing books or slipcases.
