No action for five years so probably doesn’t deserve rescue but Penguin Books have an important place in anglophone publishing so here goes.

It's been a while that I've bought a Penguin book. Problem is that the pages especially on the paperback books brittle and become yellow.

Perhaps check out the "deluxe" editions... I think they all have distinctive French flaps and deckle edges. The paper is better quality than in ordinary Penguins.
