How many authors find that anyone actually reviews their books after free copies are sent out?
The weakness of the system seems to be that nobody is obliged to actually do the review.

For a giveaway, the author can't insist on a review but for the Early Reviewers, it's worked into the selection process. I think it's more likely that someone would bs the content of the review to post the required 25 words.
