Consistent number formatting in "Your Zeitgeist"

I noticed that the number formatting is inconsistent in "Your Zeitgeist" - sometimes there's a thousands separator, sometimes not. It looks as though everything but CK has the separator.
This would look a lot better if it were consistent. I don't care much one way or the other about which format is chosen, though if you opt to go with the separator, localizing it (comma vs. period) would be a great option.

I would imagine that Tim would use the NumberFormatter function in PHP which should cope with those differences. It should also cope with the Indian locale where 1000000 is displayed as 10,00,000
