"Groups You Admin" shows up on Talk even when you're not an admin

Just as subject describes.

To reproduce:
1. Log into an account that does not administer any group on LT.
2. Go to "Talk" (/talk).

Bug: See the "Groups You Admin" tab in the left-hand menu.

Fix: Show only when the member admins a group.

NB: This does not show up on /groups, just /talk.

For some reason I read that as "Groups you admire" :-)
