Bowker source is swapping lastname firstname (again?)

Replication:
Go to Add Books
Enter ISBN (or title)
Choose Bowker Books in Print
Click Search
Result will say something like {Title} by {lastname firstname}
Click it to add
List will now have title
Click edit book
Author will be {firstname, lastname}
Same result from iPhone app.
