The problem with the "Post message" button in Talk is occuring on the Administer Groups page.

I'm not seeing that.
I'm on an iMac, Sierra 10.12.6, Firefox 85.0.1.
Also okay using Safari 12.1.2
Are you on a desktop? Phone? Tablet?

I'll find the discussion about the "Post message" button and link to it here for reference.

My previous bug report and fuzzi's screenshot of the Talk button:

Do you see the full button when adding a message in Talk?
Yes, I do. (On the desktop, it actually says "Save message", not "post message". I see my iPad and iPhone use "post". I wonder why the difference? But I digress.)
So it seems this may be a problem just on phones?
Hmm, I just tried on both my iPhone and my iPad, and it looks okay. Safari in both cases.

>7 lilithcat: That's a good guess. Unfortunately for the LT team, the Talk button problem has been seen on tablets/iPads as well as on either a Windows laptop or desktop (the member didn't specify).

>5 aspirit: Yes, but I realized that I was giving details for a desktop/laptop situation, which wouldn't help.
So I went back and looked again at the site on my cellphone (which is honestly rare for me.)
Chrome 88 on Android 9, all buttons were good sized and accessible.

This might be fixed now. I've fixed it on the one simulator that I could get to reproduce it (finally).
