CK/Cause of death field: unable to change

I tried to add Cause of Death to a couple of authors and could not add information to an empty field.

Angelo Rossitto
Billy Barty

I searched CK/Cause of death to find an author with existing information, but the author page I clicked to shows an empty. The CK history, however, shows the data (cancer + heart attack) but with a blank Field name.

>1 karenb: Confirmed - Mac 10.14.6 FF 85.0.2 - you can type into the field, but hitting the save button doesn't work.

I tried a couple of other CK fields, and they worked fine. So this seems to be confined to the "cause of death" field.

Forgot to say: I am using Firefox (85.0.2, up to date) on Windows 10 (also up to date). Considering the conundrum from the CK history (screen shot below), I suspect that it's on LT's end and not mine.

>3 lilithcat: Yes, that's been my experience too. Thanks for pointing that out.

Details of the behavior, for author CK/Cause of death field

I can
-- see the field (though it is always blank)
-- open the field (clicking the pencil or double-clicking the field)
-- type into the field
-- search the field data

I cannot
-- see previous entries (it's always blank, except in the History)
-- save to the field

ETA: This probably happened on or after Feb. 17th, when the field was last edited for any author.

Confirmed, thanks for the report. I'm seeing a JSON error when trying to save to that field, hopefully should be an easy fix.

I think I've fixed this.
